All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners, Constant Supply (Australia) and Tapswitch (United States) 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days prior to dispatch.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Available options:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivery times vary by region
  • Express Shipping – Available in select locations at an additional cost

Please note: Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product origin and supplier.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia: 4–8 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available in select areas (shown at checkout if eligible)
  • Pickup: Not available
    All items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Tracking & Order Updates

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines are based on carrier estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist in investigating with our fulfillment partners.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
